It works great for turning your videos into your wallpaper sadly it doesn't allow me to do gifs but thats fine, you can choose whether or not to do home screen or lock screen plus it rarely glitches maybe once a month but it still gives me a really nice gradient so either way I'm happy. For some odd reason the crop system is kind of not working :(

It is very easy to select a video for live wallpaper,especially if you want to choose your own that you downloaded. The issue is that once you tablet goes into sleep mode or you turn it off, you have to go back into the app to set it up again. You should be able to set it up so that it plays on a continuous loop. I have an app on my phone called Video Wallpaper that does what i just described. But it isn't compatible.

I have tried 8 other local file live video wallpaper apps, this one is hands down the best. It loads the fastest, doesn't squish videos and instead zooms into the center, and has very few bugs. Stop looking for others and just use this one if all you care about is local files. My one and only complaint is that I wish I could adjust the zoom in crop myself. The ads are fair, set 1 wallpaper, watch 1 ad.

How to Use a Video as Live Wallpaper
Samsung Galaxy phones have a built-in option for setting video wallpapers, but other Android phones don't, so for them, you need to install a third-party live wallpaper app instead. For this guide, we'll use Video Live Wallpaper, which is free from the Play Store.
After installing the app, follow these steps:
Open the app, tap Choose Video, and allow permission to access your phone's internal storage.
Select a video from the list of all the supported files on your phone. For help in finding the video, the app has options for searching by name, selecting from the file manager, and sorting according to name, date, title, duration, etc., on the top right.
After selecting, you can adjust the length of the video by moving the sliders at the bottom to set start and end points. For best performance, it's a good idea to keep it short.
Tap on the Image icon in the top right corner to open the preview. You can apply it immediately by tapping Set Wallpaper. Alternatively, hit the cog icon to make further changes.

If you want to have the sound of the video in your live wallpaper, select the Audio was disabled option to change it to Audio was enabled.
If you're using a landscape video, it will be cropped to fit your screen. Change Scale Fit With Crop to Scale Fit to fit the whole video on the screen. Depending on the video you're using, this may distort how it looks.
Tap the Image icon in the top right again. In the preview section, tap on Set Wallpaper, and choose between setting it only on the Home screen or on both the Home screen and lock screen to apply the wallpaper accordingly.
The app doesn't have any options for using video wallpaper only on the lock screen. If you want to apply it to the lock screen only, choose the Home screen and lock screen option first, and then change the home screen wallpaper to what it was before.
Live wallpapers are resource intensive as they use the device's chipset to render videos on the screen. While most Android phones can handle live wallpapers without any trouble, if you're using them on devices with a weaker chipset, there's a chance that the background animation may affect your smartphone's performance and battery life.

How to make a video into a Live Photo on an iPhone
1. Download the app intoLive from the App Store. It's free, but there is a Pro version that unlocks more features and editing tools.
2. Launch intoLive and give it access to your photo library.
3. You'll be shown all of the files in your camera roll, organized by type (video, burst, etc.). Pick the video that you want to turn into a Live Photo.
Note: You can pick videos of any length, but remember that the free version of intoLive can only make Live Photos up to five seconds long, and the Pro version can only go up to 30 seconds.

4. The video editing page will open. If your video is longer than the maximum time, use the slider at the bottom of the screen to pick which part of it you want to turn into a Live Photo. You can also use the icons below that slider to add filters, change the video's speed, and more; just note that some options will be locked behind the intoLive Pro paywall.

5. When you've got the video looking how you want it, tap Make in the top-right and select how many times you'd like the Live Photo to repeat — No repeat is the default, and will usually work just fine.
6. intoLive will make your Live Photo. When it's done, tap Save Live Photo.

1. Download TurnLive - Live Wallpaper App from the Google Play Store. It's free, but also has premium features you can pay for in the app.
2. Launch TurnLive and accept the terms and services, then tap the Live Photo icon (it looks like three concentric circles) at the bottom-middle of the screen.
3. On the page that opens, tap the Video to Live Wallpaper option. You'll need to give the app access to your camera and photos.

5. The video will load, and then ask you which frame of the video you'd like to use as a "cover." Pick one and tap Next.
6. Use the slider in the middle of the page to pick which part of the video you'd like to turn into a Live Photo.
Quick tip: This slider can be a bit finicky — you might need to tap multiple times to drag the edges of the selector, and if you want to move it to a new part of the video, you'll have to slowly move both edges towards that point.
7. You can also use the filters below that slider to give the Live Photo different looks, or tap the lightning bolt icon to speed it up or slow it down.

iPhone XR
So I got this app thinking I could make any type of wallpaper and I could. There was just one problem it couldn’t support my type of iPhone and I wish it could and if it could I would give it 5 Starr but since I can’t use it the rating is low. I have the iPhone XR and this app doesn’t support it so I’m live videos wallpaper because it didn’t give a warning that that it could support my phone. It gave a warning after I got the app and I’m saying live videos wallpaper didn’t it just say that in the description of the app. So yea I totally love this app if only It worked on iPhone XRs but yea maybe y’all can try and fix that. Please and thank you but this is a good app just don’t waste your time getting it if you have an iPhone XR.

It’s Not Really a Free App
I got the app because I had some edits that I wanted to make my wallpaper, but I regretted it once I tried to make a wallpaper. You have to buy almost everything on the app, which takes away the free aspect. I honestly tried about 3 different edits and nothing changed, and the time limit is bad too. You can only have up to a certain time for a wallpaper unless you buy everything. Also, the larger your phone screen, the edits get messed up, live videos wallpaper. I have an XR, and when I tried to use a wallpaper, even if I made it smaller, the wallpaper wouldn’t be the actual size on my screen as it was in the app. It cuts off the corners and makes the wallpaper larger. I would’ve given the app a 1 star review but I was able to choose maybe around 1 or 2 different things in each category while editing. Overall, 2 out of dvdfab crack mac Activators Patch and wouldn’t buy if you don’t want to spend money.

So I downloaded this app, office 2019 kms key it would be pretty cool ya know, like I could edit my live photos and change the background and do cool stuff like that, but when I got in, literally almost EVERYTHING was locked bc I had to pay for it which was REALLY annoying. For example I wanted to edit this photo of mine to make the background some sort of cool blue pattern that I found, but guess what, it was locked! And there was only three that were open and THEY ARE UGLY. But, here’s the thing, I used one of the ugly background because they were the only ones open, so then I pressed “make it,” then I pressed, “No repeat,” because EVERYTHING else, get this, was locked. Who could’ve guessed. Anyway, so then I pressed “save live photo”. I went to my camera roll, and guess what! It actually turned out pretty good! JUST KIDDING! APPARENTLY I DOWNLOADED THE APP FOR NOTHING! All it did was make it a live photo, but, IT WAS ALREADY A LIVE PHOTO. THE APP. DOES. ABSOLUTELY. NOTHING. Live videos wallpaper THINK IT’S CLEAR TO SAY THAT IT’S A COMPLETE WAISTE OF TIME. DO. NOT. DOWNLOAD. THIS APP. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
